Deliveries within Australia
Free domestic shipping on orders over $250. For all other orders, shipping charge is $12.
We ship within Australia using registered express post (signature on receipt required). Estimated arrival 2-4 business days.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email addresses. All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure delivery address is attended, where someone will be able to sign for delivery between 9am-5pm.
We ship to most countries outside of Australia for a flat rate of $25. We deliver to Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

If you wish to return something, please email us within 2 days of the date of delivery at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns will be refunded, provided the item is returned to us within 14 days of the date of original delivery to you.
Any returns must be as new: unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags in place, all in the original packaging. Kindly note, refunds are not offered on discounted items, except as required by law.
Purchases are returned at the customer's expense. We recommend you obtain proof of posting. We will not be liable for items lost in transit during return. Please send your return back (together with a printed copy of your returns email) to our studio:

Returns from outside Australia
To avoid delays and additional taxes, all paperwork and the outside of your return parcel must be clearly marked: RETURNED GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. All international returns are at the customer's expense.
